Richard serves as Assistant Professor at the Florida State University, College of of Communication & Information - School of Library and Information Studies.
His research interests include metadata, knowledge representation, and human-computer interaction for cultural heritage collections. Richard's interests are informed by experience at the IMLS Digital Collections and Content Project,Collaborative Digitization Program, Historical Society of Pennsylvania, and Historical Society of Delaware.
